I actually move a teeny bit little slower and do 8-10 reps compared to her 12.I started with Cee following (but not exactly, I took longer!) The plateau-buster splits program which was faster paced (going from exercise to exercise with most of the focus on eccentric lift). So far, it feels like this 40-4-40 is more suitable to me.
